Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, recruit, and motivate a sales force of 6 12 individuals.
Drive team production to meet and exceed monthly targets.
Provide hands-on field coaching and strategic sales planning.
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s Degree or Technical Degree (TS) required.
Experience: Proven track record in sales and team management.
Mindset: A "hunter" mentality with the ability to inspire others.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
