Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support daily insurance agency operations related to quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and collections follow-up.
Assist in monitoring agency production to sustain growth and minimize gaps in renewals and premium collections.
Provide operational support to agents to ensure efficient processing and service delivery.
Prepare monthly and quarterly insurance production, renewal, and collection reports for agencies.
Develop and maintain performance statistics by agent and business unit.
Coordinate internally with Underwriting, Collections, Compliance, and Operations to resolve pending issues and delays.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, underwriting guidelines, and ISO quality standards.
Follow up on agency-related complaints, quality issues, and non-conformities. Support corrective actions and participate in audits when required.
Support the ASF recruitment initiatives, ensure completeness of agents files and update of related benefits, enrollment at ICC
Maintain and update ASF procedures related to agency operations. Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements to workflows and reporting.
Support digital tools and system enhancements related to agency management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 4 years in insurance operations, agency support, sales support, or a related role.
Skills & Competencies|:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
French is an asset.
