Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily administrative management: filing, archiving, entry and monitoring of documents.
- Welcome, inform and direct visitors, clients or collaborators.
- Write, type and format administrative letters, notes and reports.
- Manage schedules, meetings, agendas and telephone calls.
- Prepare and monitor administrative files, contracts and invoices.
