Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the booking and dispatch of tickets via Amadeus.
  • Manage customer requests (quotes, information, prices, itineraries).
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with clients.
  • Advise clients on available destinations, travel programs and offers.
  • Update and manage customer records on booking software.
  • Mastery of the Amadeus reservation system (mandatory).
  • Good mastery of airline/hotel booking software.
  • My perfect mastery of computer tools (Word, Excel, email, CRM).
  • Dynamic, motivated and customer-oriented.
  • Knowledge of aviation procedures (PNR, mission, revalidation, etc.)
