Roles & Responsibilities

Your r the:

Reporting to the Reservations Supervisor, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • To offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
  • Assisting the client in booking their stay by gathering the necessary information
  • Maximizes room occupancy and revenue, in line with sales strategies, while regularly monitoring availability.
  • Manage group bookings in conjunction with the sales team
  • Manage the commission in collaboration with the supervisor
  • With strong interpersonal skills, you build customer loyalty and monitor customer history.
  • Other tasks, such as those assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Your experience and skills include:

  • Excellent customer service is essential; similar experience is a plus
  • My mastery of Opera software or equivalent
  • Good communication and conflict management skills
  • Mastery of English, French and Arabic
