Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Reception, the responsibilities and essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
- To consistently offer a professional, friendly and engaging service;
- Welcoming customers while ensuring that all service standards are respected;
- Inform guests about the hotel's facilities in an effective and useful manner;
- Promote the hotel's services;
- Adhere to the department's policies, procedures and service standards;
- Respect all security policies;
- Other tasks, such as those assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
My mastery of the French and English languages (written and spoken)
- My mastery of the Arabic language
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Ability to focus attention on customer needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Previous experience in customer service is an asset
- Prior experience using a PMS system is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
- Excellent professional presentation
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Particularly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team
- Diploma in privileged hotel management
- Demonstrate flexibility in terms of working hours
- Having the ability to manage cash efficiently and accurately
