Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat related to banking products and services.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when required.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in bank systems.

  • Adhere to SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant contact center experience

  • Ability to speak and write Mandarin is mandatory

  • Good command of English

  • Basic knowledge of banking products and customer service standards

  • Willingness to work in shifts
