Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting travellers in managing their reservations (domestic and international flights);
- Offer responsive assistance in receiving calls, emails or chat for ticket changes, upgrades or special services (luggage, meals, mobility assistance);
- Managing various situations: resolving incidents (delays, flight cancellations, lost luggage) and proposing rerouting solutions;
- Guiding clients on travel formalities, visas and air security protocols;
- Contribute to the company's success by ensuring exemplary customer loyalty through premium service;
- Working on a rotating schedule.
- Mastery of French (C1 level or native language), both spoken and written;
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to reassure passengers in all situations;
- Ability to manage multitasking: juggling between booking software and internal communication tools;
- Rigour and attention to detail: an error in date or destination is not an option in this case!
- Positive attitude: you have a "high altitude" sense of service and know how to keep smiling under pressure.
