Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and customer complaints professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products, services and procedures.
  • Follow up on customer requests until they are fully resolved.
  • Identify recurring problems and report them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction under all circumstances.

  • Good command of French and Arabic, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • My experience with IT tools and call management.
