Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and customer complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products, services and procedures.
- Follow up on customer requests until they are fully resolved.
- Identify recurring problems and report them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction under all circumstances.
- Good command of French and Arabic, both spoken and written.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- My experience with IT tools and call management.
