Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting customers (by phone, email, chat or in person).
- Answering customer questions and resolving customer complaints.
- Track customer orders, files and requests.
- To provide information about the company's products and services.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Report any problems or suggestions to the person in charge.
- Update the customer database and reports.
- Level: Baccalaureate or higher (business, management, communication or equivalent).
- Experience: Beginner accepted / experience in customer relations preferred.
- Good command of French and Arabic (English is a plus).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Sense of service, patience and listening skills.
- Good presentation and team spirit.
- My proficiency with computer tools (Word, Excel, email).
