Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Takes calls for Level I. Support.
- Analyzes and defines the source of problems.
- Refers Level 2 and 3 cases to software and/or technical specialists.
- Documents interventions in support software (Service Now)
- Communicates calls to suppliers, if necessary.
- Follows up on interventions with stakeholders, customers and suppliers
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Good knowledge of the M365 suite
- Experience in technical support required
- Organization and autonomy
- Great ability to work in a team
- Ease of communication
- Bilingualism (oral and written) required
- The technician is called upon to cover 24-7, on a rotational
