Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As part of its development, CGI is looking for a Support Agent.
- Resolve customer technical incidents.
- Ensure the processing of user requests (via Tickiting tools) in accordance with the contract and contractual deadlines
. - Respect the instructions, procedures and processes already defined.
- Write the appropriate reporting while respecting the schedules and the sending form.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service and respect the contractual commitments and the group's security rules.
- Experience in a similar position is highly desirable.
- General skills in customer relationship management,
- Ability to detect, process and resolve technical incidents Level 1/2,
- Customer & Service Orientation, Autonomy & ability to manage stress,
- Very good level of communication in French,
- Knowledge of SQL/PL SQL,
ITIL certification is a PLUS.
