  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and feedback loops.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements to build agile capabilities.
  • Encourage the use of metrics and data-driven decision-making to optimize delivery.
  • Promote a customer-centric mindset within teams.
  • Assist with economic decision-making and facilitate capability and feature estimation.
  • Advocate for lean thinking and systems thinking in agile practices.
  • Support the transition from traditional project management to agile methodologies across the enterprise.
  • Foster Lean-Agile learning and provide necessary training to kick off and maintain the transformation.
  • Coach leadership to lead by example and connect them to the voices of employees and suppliers.

  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach, and a focus on building relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Lean Portfolio Management procedures and ceremonies.
  • Demonstrated excellence in leadership ability to engage and motivate in a high-performance culture.
  • Self-directed achiever who identifies opportunities to drive value and takes the lead.
  • SAFe certification or equivalent agile certification preferred.
  • Extensive experience managing software delivery; strong IT application development & leadership background preferred.
  • Experience in leading organizational change from traditional project management to agile methodologies.
