Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Accountabilities & Key Roles:

Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Arab Bank s Agile capability uplift strategy, ensuring all roles across business and technology are equipped to operate within a value-driven, product-based operating model.

Develop and own the Agile Learning Roadmap, including role-based learning paths for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Agile Team Members, Product Leads, and Business Leaders.

Deliver, and maintain a library of training products (courses, simulations, toolkits, playbooks, digital content, assessments) supporting teams through pilots and scaled rollout.

Design and implement the bank s Agile Academy, ensuring fit-for-purpose learning journeys for all roles in value streams and product teams.

Build a coaching and capability uplift model that supports teams before, during, and after pilot activation (e.g., PO coaching, SM uplift, team readiness).

Lead the development of internal communities of practice to promote shared learning, consistent practices, and continuous improvement.

Ensure Agile capability building supports enterprise planning cycles including QBRs, Big Room Planning, OKR alignment, and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM).

Oversee external vendors, training partners, and certification providers to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with the Arab Bank transformation principles.

Conduct baseline and ongoing agile maturity assessments, identifying capability gaps and designing targeted interventions to uplift team performance.

Provide leadership with insights on training impact, adoption, maturity, and behavioral shifts across the organization.

Experience:

6+ years in Agile transformation, organizational capability building, and leadership development.

Deep experience designing and delivering enterprise-level Agile enablement programs.

Hands-on experience coaching Agile Teams and Portfolio Leaders.

Prior experience implementing SAFe in complex, multi-country organizations.

Experience creating high-impact training content (presentations, simulations, e-learning, playbooks).

Skills:

Strong Agile coaching, facilitation, and training delivery expertise.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and make Agile practical for non-technical stakeholders.

Instructional design capability with experience building structured learning paths.

Strong communication, storytelling, and influencing skills.

Skilled at running simulations, workshops, bootcamps, and hands-on learning sessions.

Ability to assess team maturity, identify gaps, and design targeted interventions.

Strong partnering ability with HR, Technology, Transformation, and Business leaders.

Desired Candidate Profile

6+ years in Agile transformation, organizational capability building, and leadership development.

Deep experience designing and delivering enterprise-level Agile enablement programs.

Hands-on experience coaching Agile Teams and Portfolio Leaders.

Prior experience implementing SAFe in complex, multi-country organizations.

Experience creating high-impact training content (presentations, simulations, e-learning, playbooks).

Experience partnering with HR or L&D functions to embed competencies, assessment models, and learning pathways

Bachelor s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field.

Must have SAFe SPC / SPCT certification.

Instructional design or adult learning certifications (advantage).
