Agile Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide project status and estimates to internal and external stakeholders
• Work with Engineering Project Lead to ensure that project documentation is prepared and delivered to clients
• Set up and drive internal and external project meetings
• Facilitate backlog grooming and sprint planning with engineering project lead
• Report project budget, schedule, velocity and burn down to stakeholders
• Set up, coordinate and run project kick-offs and inceptions with Engineering Project Lead
• Prepare and deliver end of engagement reports
• Coordinate case studies with the marketing team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of client-facing project or product management experience for a financial organization
• Experience with enterprise software implementation and deployments
• Organized and take comfort in noting all the details
• Hands-on experience with agile practices and lean product development
• Value clear and pragmatic approaches towards problem-solving
• Have the ability and willingness to adapt and iterate
• Excel at collaborating across departments and teams
• Take a facilitative approach within teams
• Take care in building trusting environments and trusting teams
• Take pride in removing project roadblocks or in finding the right resources to remove the roadblocks
• Hands-on experience with agile project management programs such as Jira
