Job Summary:

As the Agile Scrum Master, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and support continuous improvement within cross-functional teams. You will work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Coach and mentor teams on Scrum principles and Agile practices.

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.

• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.

• Track team performance and key metrics (velocity, sprint burn-downs).

• Continuously assess and improve Agile processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Maintain clear documentation on sprint progress and team feedback.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Agile tools like Jira or Trello.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
