What you will be doing:

You will be a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams as part of our PTP Platform development group, leading our Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle. You will be the heart of our team, providing process for the team to achieve their best results. You will help alleviate impediments, track development progress, and report team status. You will be working closely with the development team composed of developers and QAs, Product Owner(s), and the RTE (release train engineer) to meet program increment objectives.

This role will act as a servant leader for the team, driving process improvements to promote the team happiness as well as practice a transparent, predictable delivery process.

You will:

• Demonstrate active listening skills while acting as an honest, forward-looking, competent, and inspiring servant leader across potentially multiple Scrum teams.

• Act as a change agent that increases the consistency and adoption of our enterprise driven practices and ways of working .

• Lead, coach, and support the development teams in continuous improvement of Agile practices.

• Assist with integration of metric-driven corporate practices and initiatives at the team level.

• Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.

• Assist the Product Owner with managing the backlog and communicating the product vision to the team members.

• Represent the status, risks, and dependencies of your team(s) at Scrum of Scrum meetings.

What you will need:

• 5+ years of Experience in working with Agile Development teams and expert in Scrum process

• Agile Certification is required.

• Experience using industry standard development tracking tools such as Jira.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.

• Strong initiative and ability to stay focused on tasks to completion.

• Ability and confidence to lead mature development teams in a fast-paced environment and to introduce incremental change as required.

Added bonus if you have:

• Experience of driving Agile at Scale (e.g. SAFe)

• Experience of financial markets and the trade lifecycle

• Technical skills (scripting/automating).

• Proficiency in SQL, including creating complex queries
