Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Accountabilities & Key Roles:

Serve as the enterprise expert and primary administrator for Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, and Planview) ensuring the tooling ecosystem

Design, configure, and continuously optimize Jira structures including Epics, Features, Stories, OKRs, boards, workflows, and automations to reflect value streams, Agile teams, and enterprise governance.

Own and maintain Confluence as the central knowledge, governance, and documentation platform, ensuring content structure, templates, permissions, and integrations support transparency, alignment, and cross-team collaboration.

Lead the rollout and administration of Planview to support Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), including portfolio structuring, quarterly planning, prioritization, financial governance, capacity insights, and dependency management.

Establish tooling enterprise-wide standards, conventions, and governance models, ensuring consistency and auditability across all teams, functions, and geographies.

Develop integrated dashboards for Transformation, ETU leadership, and executive teams covering delivery performance, flow metrics, dependency heatmaps, OKR progress, risk signals, and capacity planning.

Partner with DevOps, Engineering, and IT to integrate Agile tools with CI/CD pipelines, security controls, automated testing, and data sources to improve flow and reduce manual reporting.

Provide hands-on onboarding, coaching, and tooling mastery uplift for Agile Teams embedding the tools in daily ways of working.

Act as Product Owner for tooling enhancements, managing backlogs, release cycles, technical upgrades, data models, and vendor relationships.

Ensure tooling supports quarterly business reviews (QBRs), Big Room Planning, OKR alignment, and transformation governance cadence.

Monitor tooling adoption and data quality, identifying gaps and leading continuous improvement initiatives to accelerate team maturity, transparency, and flow.

Ensure all tooling complies with banking requirements including security, audit trails, regulatory standards, and enterprise architecture principles.

Experience:

10+ years in Agile delivery, enterprise tooling, DevOps, or transformation environments

Expert Jira Administrator with experience designing complex workflows and automations

Advanced Confluence skills in architecture, permissions, templates, and governance

Hands-on Planview experience in portfolio planning, prioritization, and capacity management

Proven success enabling tooling for SAFe or Agile-at-scale in large organizations

Experience integrating Jira/Planview with DevOps pipelines and enterprise systems

Strong background in building executive dashboards and high-integrity reporting

Experience in highly regulated industries, ideally banking or financial services

Skills:

Expertise in Jira workflow design, automation, and configuration

Strong Planview skills in portfolio structuring, financial tracking, and capacity planning

Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, LPM, and flow metrics

Ability to translate governance needs into practical tooling solutions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex tooling for all audiences

Effective stakeholder management across business and support functions
