Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- to develop and follow the cultivation and production plans.
- Advise and supervise the technical teams in the field.
- Monitor agricultural performance indicators (yield, quality, crop health).
- Participate in the selection of seeds, plants and inputs.
- To propose solutions for improving agricultural processes.
- Write technical reports for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in agronomy or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 ans d exp rience.
- Ability to travel within the national territory required.
- Autonomous, rigorous and possessing good interpersonal skills.
