Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise greenhouse farming operations (Conventional & Hydroponic).
  • Ensure high-quality crop production through effective cultivation and monitoring.
  • Oversee irrigation systems, nutrient supply, and climate control settings.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain plant health and yield standards.
  • Implement improved farming techniques and maintain production records.
  • Coordinate with farm staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality practices.

Qualification: BE Agriculture
