Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Agricultural Engineer with extensive experience and a strong track record in the UAE’s agricultural industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in seed technologies, advanced fertilizers, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage agricultural projects focused on crop production, soil management, and sustainable practices. Develop and implement advanced solutions in seed selection, fertilizer optimization, and IPM programs. Collaborate with research, agronomy, and sales teams to ensure product effectiveness and client satisfaction. Provide technical support, training, and field demonstrations to clients and internal teams. Ensure compliance with UAE agricultural regulations and environmental standards. Requirements:

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the UAE agriculture sector. Proven expertise in seed technology, fertilizers, and IPM solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
