Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative agricultural machinery and equipment to improve farming efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new agricultural projects to ensure economic viability.
- Collaborate with agronomists and farmers to implement sustainable practices that enhance crop yield and soil health.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed engineering plans and specifications for agricultural systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field, with a strong foundation in engineering principles and agricultural science.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in agricultural machinery design or agronomy, preferably in a field role.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or similar certification is highly desirable for credibility and career advancement.
Proven experience with CAD software and agricultural modeling tools for effective design and simulation.
