Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, implement, and oversee agricultural projects to optimize crop yield and resource efficiency.
- Develop and manage irrigation systems, soil management plans, and sustainable farming practices.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new agricultural initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze crop performance, soil health, and environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with local and international agricultural regulations and standards.
- Lead training sessions for farm staff on new equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within agricultural operations.
- Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of agricultural machinery and infrastructure.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Agricultural Engineering or a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale Agricultural projects.
- Strong knowledge of Modern Farming Techniques, Irrigation Systems, and Soil Science.
- Experience with Agricultural Machinery, Automation, and precision Agriculture technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Agricultural Software tools.
- Residents of Minya Governorate or neighboring areas are preferred.
