- Ensure compliance with agricultural, environmental and safety standards
- Optimizing crop yields and profitability
- Providing technical support to farmers and customers
- Solid knowledge in agronomy, plant production and cultivation techniques
- Proficiency in office software
- Analytical skills, autonomy and team spirit
- residing in the vicinity of MILA: Constantine, Setif (accommodation provided by the company)
- 3 years of experience
