Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The AGSE Operations Coordinator is responsible for leading, managing, and sustaining Aviation Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) operations for KAA and DAA sections. Serves as the senior technical coordinator responsible for lifecycle management, maintenance, training, program administration, and readiness of all assigned AGSE. Ensures compliance and standardization across all IMSS site locations. Reports to the IMSS Deputy Director.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or Higher (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AGSE maintenance, repair, or aviation support operations, including experience with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Proven ability to supervise and lead a team, manage workflow, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Proficiency in using logistics management systems, computer-hosted technical manuals, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Pro or similar programs preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, management, and external partners.
- Physical capability to handle maintenance tasks
