Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • The AI Architect will identify and prioritise practical AI use cases, design dashboards and exception reporting models, and integrate data across SAP, Keyloop DMS, CRM, and HR systems.
  • Developing AI-enabled workflows and agents for document processing, approvals, compliance checks, customer service, parts intelligence, and operational monitoring.
  • A strong governance lens is essential, ensuring AI solutions incorporate controls for data privacy, cybersecurity, auditability, and PDPL compliance. The environment is data-complex, with fragmented systems and variable data quality, requiring disciplined integration, reconciliation, and pragmatic solution design.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals combining deep technical capability with strong commercial and operational understanding.

  • Experience in automotive, retail, distribution, or similarly complex environments is highly desirable, particularly with SAP or automotive DMS platforms.
  • You should have a proven record of delivering production AI, automation, or analytics solutions adopted by business users.
  • Experience in enterprise automation, AI governance, or controlled AI deployment environments will be highly valued.
  • Familiarity with automotive retail processes such as new and used vehicles, aftersales, warranty, parts, inventory, and OEM reporting is advantageous, alongside the ability to rapidly acquire domain expertise.
  • You are equally effective in technical architecture discussions and executive stakeholder engagement, delivering scalable AI solutions embedded into day-to-day operations.
