Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an AI & Automation Engineer with a strong engineering mindset and solid business understanding to design and implement AI-powered automation systems that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and scale operations.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, not academic or purely experimental. You will work on real automation use cases across sales, marketing, operations, and content teams, turning manual processes into scalable systems.
- Proven experience with AI APIs and automation tools
- Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Operations)
- Experience with Python or JavaScript (both is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
- System-thinking mindset and problem-solving skills
