Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into architectural design processes to enhance efficiency, creativity, and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop AI-driven solutions for building design, urban planning, and infrastructure projects.
  • Analyze project requirements and propose innovative AI-based design strategies that align with client objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models to optimize spatial layouts, energy consumption, and material usage in architectural projects.
  • Oversee the creation of digital prototypes, simulations, and visualizations using advanced AI tools and software.
  • Ensure the seamless incorporation of AI technologies into existing design workflows and project management systems.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI, architecture, and construction technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers on AI applications in design.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the supervision and quality assurance of AI-integrated design deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BA. /BSC. degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on AI integration or computational design.
  • Proven track record of working on full-time, onsite projects within a senior engineering or architectural role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using AI-driven design tools and software relevant to architecture and engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex project requirements into innovative AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and implementing machine learning models for design optimization.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design principles and their application through AI technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical documentation, reports, and client presentations.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
