Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled AI Designer to lead the design and development of innovative, human-centered AI solutions. This role requires a unique blend of design thinking, technical understanding of artificial intelligence, and a strong focus on creating user experiences that are ethical, effective, and intuitive. The AI Designer will collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to ensure AI-driven products align with user needs, business goals, and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-driven products, from concept through deployment.
  • Translate business needs and user research into intuitive, effective AI system designs.
  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
  • Prototype AI product interactions to test usability, functionality, and performance.
  • Ensure that AI systems are explainable, transparent, and ethical in design.
  • Monitor evolving trends in AI, design methodologies, and emerging technologies to keep solutions innovative and relevant.
  • Develop design guidelines and frameworks to support scalable AI product design.
  • Advocate for the user and ensure AI products deliver measurable value while minimizing risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in UX/UI design, product design, or solution design, preferably in AI-focused environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing AI-related design work (products, prototypes, or conceptual solutions).
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts, natural language processing, or computer vision.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping frameworks.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Desired Skills

  • Experience designing conversational AI systems, chatbots, or generative AI products.
  • Familiarity with human-AI interaction guidelines and principles.
  • Understanding of data visualization and dashboard design.
  • Awareness of ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and accessibility standards.
