AI Developer with Full Stack experience

We re looking for a versatile AI Development Engineer with Full Stack experience to deliver AI-driven innovative products and features across our suite of vertical market software products. This role is ideal for engineers with a strong AI-powered development foundation who enjoy building both frontend and backend solutions without being focused solely on ML research or foundational model development. You ll work on real-world production systems designing, prototyping, and deploying customer-facing features that leverage third-party AI tools and services. You ll have the opportunity to shape how AI is integrated into our products, while also contributing across the stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapidly prototype and deliver AI-powered features using modern development tools and platforms (e.g., bolt.new, Cursor, Windsurf).
• Integrate third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI) into product workflows and services.
• Build and maintain full-stack features spanning front-end interfaces, backend services, database interactions and underlying infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure user-friendly and effective solutions.
• Support internal teams in adopting AI tools and best practices.
• Participate in customer-facing Proof of Concept (POC) development, product demos, and ongoing use cases.
• Collect user and stakeholder feedback to refine functionality and performance.

We re looking for mid-level engineers who are AI-Driven experienced and comfortable moving between layers of the stack.

AI Development & Integration:

• Direct and proven experience in building AI products.
• Interfacing regularly with Product Managment & end users for feedback and improvements.
• Experience integrating third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure Cognitive Services)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and tools like Lang Chain
• Understanding of token usage, latency tradeoffs, and cost management

Frontend:

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and TypeScript
• Familiarity with UI frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material UI)
• Understanding of responsive design and component-based architecture

Backend:

• Hands-on experience with backend development in Node.js, Python (FastAPI, Flask), or C# (.NET Core)
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and backend logic implementation
• Authentication/authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT)

Database:

• Proficiency in relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL (SQL skills required)
• Basic schema design, writing efficient queries, and backend integration
• Bonus: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate)

Dev Tools & Process:

• Git for version control, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Agile development practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Comfort using AI-augmented tools for development productivity (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf)

Good to have

• Experience with AI agents: Prior experience building and scaling AI agents based on modern LLMs
• Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools
• Advanced AWS Services Knowledge: Expertise in AWS technologies beyond the basics, such as AWS ECS, EKS, and Fargate
