Roles & Responsibilities

  • The AI Digital Marketing Executive in the hospitality industry is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies using AI-driven tools to enhance brand visibility, drive room bookings, promote F&B outlets, and improve guest engagement across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities · Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for rooms, F&B outlets, spa, and events. · Utilize AI tools for customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization. · Manage online presence across OTAs, Google, and social media platforms. · Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve hotel visibility and direct bookings. · Monitor and respond to online reviews TripAdvisor, Google, Booking . com, etc . · Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and reports. · Coordinate with sales, reservations, and operations teams for promotions and campaigns. · Maintain and update the hotel website and booking engine content. · Implement email marketing campaigns and automation workflows . · Stay updated with hospitality digital trends and AI marketing tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. · 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality. · Experience with AI tools and marketing automation platforms. · Strong understanding of OTA platforms and online distribution channels. · Excellent communication and content creation skills. · Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems).
