Roles & Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development and deployment of AI solutions across a varied portfolio of live projects within the Centre of Excellence

  • Work alongside senior engineers and technical leads, gaining exposure to complex, real-world AI challenges across multiple domains
  • Support the build-out of the COE's AI capability, including tooling, frameworks and best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data, engineering and product teams to integrate AI into broader solution architectures
  • Stay current with developments in AI research and emerging techniques, bringing new thinking into the team
  • Grow your technical capability rapidly in an environment that actively invests in the development of its people

About you:

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering or a closely related discipline
  • Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and practical experience building and deploying models
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Hugging Face
  • Exposure to NLP, computer vision or other applied AI domains is advantageous
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine appetite to learn from those around you
