Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and platforms.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and improve model performance.
  • Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning techniques.
  • Optimize and maintain AI systems for scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI models, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Support the development of AI-driven prototypes and proof-of-concept projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related fields.
  • Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, home-based setting.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
