Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deploy machine learning models and AI services using Python, FastAPI and related frameworks;
• Build and implement autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems that can collaborate to solve complex tasks, make decisions and execute workflows with minimal human intervention;
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various use cases;
• Collaborate with the product team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Build and maintain containerized AI services using Docker and create scalable AI pipelines for content generation;
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate AI models into our platform;
• Monitor and optimize AI model performance to improve accuracy, scalability and user experience;
• Conduct experiments, perform data analysis and provide insights to enhance model performance;
• Stay updated on the latest advances in AI/GenAI technologies and proactively suggest platform improvements;
• Participate in code reviews, unit tests and documentation to ensure high quality products delivery.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field;
• Experience with generative AI models and prompt engineering for LLMs;
• Strong programming experience in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks;
• Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks;
• Practical knowledge of Docker containerization;
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures and natural language processing (NLP) techniques;
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
• Analytical thinker with intellectual curiosity and a systematic approach to problem-solving;
• Strong believer in teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines;
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS;
• Experience with vector databases and RAG frameworks (LlamaIndex, LangChain);
• Background in NLP or computational linguistics;
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools;
