Design and implement agentic AI architectures (multi-step reasoning, tool usage, memory, planners, evaluators)

Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies for reasoning, classification, summarization, and decision-making

Develop AI agents that interact with external tools, APIs, databases, and workflows

Implement model orchestration pipelines (routing, fallbacks, retries, context management)

Productionize models using MLOps best practices (training, versioning, deployment, monitoring)

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML/LLM systems

Monitor model performance, cost, drift, hallucinations, and reliability

Work closely with backend, automation, and platform teams to embed AI into real products

Continuously improve agent performance using feedback loops and evaluation frameworks

Strong experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, open-source models like LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)

Hands-on prompt engineering (structured prompts, chain-of-thought, tools/function calling)

Experience building agentic systems (single-agent or multi-agent)

Solid understanding of reasoning, planning, memory, and execution patterns

Strong Python skills

Experience with APIs, async processing, and background workers

Familiarity with vector databases

Experience integrating AI with backend services and databases

Experience with local / on-prem AI deployments
