The Transverse Innovation Pole, attached to the Cloud / ProdOps activities, intervenes transversally with the business and operational teams.

• Explore, design and experiment with innovative solutions
• Transform POCs into industrialized and exploitable solutions in production
• Support teams in adopting new technologies

The pole acts as an expertise hub with a strong engineering, production and concrete impact culture.

Context of the position

In a context of increasing the use of AI at Sopra HR, we are recruiting a confirmed AI Engineer to:

• design,
• industrialize,
• deploy advanced AI solutions, in close collaboration with the Cloud / ProdOps teams.

Your missions

Machine Learning & Predictive AI

• Design and evaluate classical Machine Learning models:
  • Forecasting & time series
  • Classification
  • Anomaly detection
• Participate in the choice of algorithms, features and metrics
• Ensure the robustness, performance and interpretability of the models

Generative AI & agent architectures

• Design and develop AI agents (single / multi agents, tool agents, agent workflows)
• Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures:
  • Classic RAG
  • Graph RAG (exploitation of knowledge graphs)
• Perform fine tuning of models:
  • Supervised Fine Tuning (SFT)
  • Reinforcement Learning / RLHF (depending on the case)
• Apply distillation, compression and model optimization techniques

Inference & performance

• Work with different inference engines
• Optimize models for latency, cost and scalability
• Contribute to the choice of inference architectures (CPU / GPU)

MLOps & industrialization

• Design and maintain MLOps pipelines (training, deployment, monitoring)
• Ensure reproducibility, traceability and observability
• Actively participate in the transition from POC to production

Backend & integration

• Expose AI capabilities via FastAPI APIs
• Integrate AI solutions into the Cloud / ProdOps ecosystem
• Contribute to cross-functional AI platforms and services

Collaboration & transfer

• Work closely with business, product and CloudOps teams
• Participate in the technical framing of use cases
• Ensure knowledge transfer and skills development of teams
