Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Translate product and business requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs for AI-driven applications
- Design, document, and maintain reusable UI components and design systems to ensure consistency across digital banking platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation sessions to support evidence-based design decisions
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI and UX specifications
- Apply accessibility standards and responsive design principles across web and digital platforms
- Continuously refine design solutions by incorporating feedback from stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI UX design, preferably within data-driven or AI-based digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and end-to-end design processes
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
- Solid understanding of UX research methods, accessibility guidelines, and modern design systems
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments with product managers and engineering teams
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS concepts to support effective collaboration with developers
