Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • professional use AI tools to enhance interior design practice or an AI-powered software to create and visualize design concept
  • Develop and refine AI algorithms for generating interior design concepts, ensuring they meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Curate and manage extensive databases of design elements, including furniture, materials, and styles, to fuel the AI's creativity.
  • Collaborate with architects and interior designers to integrate AI-generated designs into real-world projects, bridging the gap between virtual and physical spaces.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve the AI's design capabilities and tailor solutions to diverse client preferences.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design, AI, and related technologies to keep the AI's knowledge base current.
  • Use AI software (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to produce high-quality design visuals.
  • Create AI-generated mood boards, space layouts, and conceptual renders.
  • Create and maintain documentation for AI design processes, ensuring reproducibility and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Develop and implement user interfaces and visualization tools to allow clients to interact with AI-generated designs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the AI design system and provide support to users.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Computer Science, or a related field; a strong foundation is crucial.
  • Holds relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Design Software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD); validating expertise.
  • Displays proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, essential for AI model development.
  • Has experience with 3D modelling software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max); a key skill for design visualization.
