Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role focuses on building automated testing coverage while supporting both an existing enterprise platform and new AI-enabled product development.
Build Automated Testing Coverage
- Develop and expand automated regression tests across our applications
- Increase frontend and backend test coverage
- Work with engineers early in development to ensure features are testable
- Integrate tests into CI and CD pipelines so quality checks run automatically
AI-Assisted Testing
- Use AI tools to generate edge cases and testing scenarios
- Help validate AI-powered features and workflows
- Experiment with AI-assisted approaches to testing and automation
Exploratory Testing
- Automation is the priority, but human insight still matters.
- Performing exploratory testing on new features
- Investigating edge cases where automated coverage does not yet exist
- Identifying recurring issues and quality risks
Support Platform Stability
- Help maintain confidence in the existing production platform
- Surface regressions early and collaborate with engineers on fixes
- Identify gaps in test coverage and help prioritize improvements
Desired Candidate Profile
2 to 4 years of experience in QA, testing, or software development
- Experience working with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar
- Familiarity with CI and CD pipelines and automated testing workflows
- Basic understanding of APIs and application architecture
- Comfort working closely with engineering teams
- Experience with JavaScript, React, PHP, or similar technologies is helpful but not required.
- We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate curiosity and initiative, such as building automation scripts, experimenting with AI tools, or creating personal technical projects.
