We re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who combines proven SEO expertise with AI-powered tools to execute a focused, short-term project. The goal: dramatically improve a website s technical health, visibility, and lead generation and leave behind a scalable, AI-assisted SEO system.

Scope of Work

• Technical Fixes: Resolve broken links, 404 pages, orphan pages, and implement proper redirects.
• Page Speed & Mobile Optimization: Optimize images, minify CSS/JS, enable lazy loading, and improve Core Web Vitals.
• AI-Assisted On-Page SEO: Use AI tools to audit H1s, meta titles/descriptions, internal linking, and keyword clustering.
• Content & Schema: Expand thin pages, implement schema markup, optimize social metadata with AI content recommendations.
• Local SEO & Backlink Prep: Enhance Google Business Profile, research local keywords, prep citations using AI-assisted tools.
• Review & Optimization: Monitor rankings, surface insights from AI analytics, and refine CTAs.
• Handover & Training: Deliver documentation, templates, and AI workflows so our team can sustain and scale SEO efforts.

Key KPIs

• Significant improvement in Core Web Vitals across priority pages.
• Increase in organic traffic and impressions within 6 8 weeks.
• Higher rankings for target keywords (local + national).
• Reduction of 404/orphan pages to near zero.
• Faster page load times on desktop and mobile.
• Delivery of AI-based SOPs and dashboards for ongoing SEO.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical SEO + on-page optimization.
• Hands-on expertise with AI SEO tools (RankMath AI).
• Strong understanding of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and local SEO best practices.
• Ability to work independently, deliver measurable improvements quickly, and train others.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
