Role Overview:

• Lead and mentor an engineering team; set code quality, testing, and CI/CD standards.
• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI solutions (GenAI/LLMs/RAG) from POC to secure, monitored production.
• Translate business needs into architecture and make pragmatic tech stack choices (cloud-native on AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ensure reliability, security, and governance (observability, guardrails, data privacy, cost/performance targets).
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to shape roadmaps, manage timelines, and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Stay hands-on (design reviews, troubleshooting, key modules) while driving innovation through measured pilots of new AI tools/models.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and agentic systems.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from POC/MVP to hardened, monitored production, including release planning, risk management, and documentation.
• Establish and enforce software engineering best practices (code reviews, testing, CI/CD, IaC), driving consistent code quality and secure-by-default development.
• Design and maintain cloud-native architectures and integrations with enterprise systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Lead deep technical investigations to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across data, retrieval, model, and serving layers; drive continuous improvements in reliability and latency.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies through measured pilots, keeping solutions current and competitive.
