Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and developers
- Own the delivery lifecycle of AI solutions from development through production
- Troubleshoot and resolve production environment issues across deployed AI products
- Evaluate, specify, and cost hardware/infrastructure requirements (GPU, cloud compute, on-prem) for AI workloads
- Architect and review AI pipelines, APIs, and integration layers
- Collaborate with presales on technical scoping, feasibility, and proposals
What You Bring
- 5+ years in AI/ML with at least 2 years leading a technical team
- Proven track record of AI products running in production environments
- Strong experience with Python and/or .NET/C#
- Hands-on with LLMs, NLP, agentic AI frameworks, and conversational AI
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred), Docker, and on-prem deployments
- Ability to estimate compute requirements and calculate TCO for AI workloads
- Experience with SQL databases and API integrations
- Familiarity with Arabic NLP is a strong plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure AI Services / Azure AI Foundry
- Background in enterprise ITSM integrations
- Exposure to RPA and hyperautomation solutions

Desired Candidate Profile
The Role: We re looking for a hands-on AI Team Leader based in Jordan for a hybrid position. In this role, you ll guide the team technically, troubleshoot production issues, and bridge the gap between R&D and real-world deployment.
