Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver AI Train-the-Trainer programs and facilitate AI coaching circles.
  • Mentor new trainers and consultants entering the AI space.
  • Customize AI learning journeys for different sectors (HR, healthcare, finance, etc.).
  • Align training delivery with USAII/AICerts standards.
  • Support personal branding, assessments, and learner classification post-training.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years in training delivery, facilitation, or consulting.
  • Experience teaching technical or strategic AI topics is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning, coaching, and digital facilitation tools.
  • Bilingual delivery in Arabic & English preferred.
  • USAII/AICerts certification or equivalent is a bonus.

Preferred:

  • Experience in professional coaching, leadership development, or instructional design.
  • Ability to co-create educational content and design interactive activities.
  • Familiarity with LearnWorlds or similar LMS tools
