Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist the chef and the kitchen team in preparing dishes.
- Prepare ingredients (peeling, cutting, preparing sauces, garnishes).
- Participate in setting up before service.
- Ensure the tidiness and cleaning of the workstation and utensils.
- Strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of cooking.
- Speed of execution and good organization.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as a team.
- Stress resistance and kitchen pace.
