Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Accountabilites:
Building Potential Customer
Conduct research using industry databases, websites, LinkedIn, and trade press to identify potential customers. Engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits (both face-to-face and virtual). Convert potential customers into Bahri Air customers by demonstrating value and establishing trust.
Relationship Management
Develop and maintain relationships with cargo operators to ensure access to a wide range of aircraft and provide optimal solutions for customers. Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and long-term client satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement
Work towards meeting sales targets and financial objectives through strategic planning and effective sales techniques.
Aircraft and Chartering Process
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of aircraft types and the chartering process to advise and assist customers effectively.
Perform the entire charter booking process from inquiry to completion, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Respond promptly to inbound requests for urgent charters, being available virtually 24/7 to meet client needs.
Create and present tailored quotes to customers, showcasing strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer requirements.
Monitor flight departures, which may include working unsociable hours, to ensure successful execution of charters.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, Aviation Management, or a related field
Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience
