Air Drilling Field - Operator Trainee Ali & Sons

Key Responsibilities

• Operate under the direct supervision of senior air drilling personnel at both the base and rig site.
• Assist in rig up and rig down operations, including safe handling of equipment.
• Support in equipment preparation, cleaning, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Participate in pressure testing and operations at the base and rig site.
• Report inventory and stock levels to the supervisor as needed.
• Assist in coordinating travel and transportation logistics for field deployment.
• Follow all safety regulations and ensure correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Actively attend and participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Report any potential operational or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Operator, Supervisor, or Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Education: Technical diploma or high school certificate. Background in mechanical or engineering disciplines is a plus.
• Experience: Entry-level position no prior oilfield experience required, but mechanical aptitude is preferred.
• Language: Basic English (required); Arabic is an added advantage.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to work in physically demanding environments for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote field locations on rotation.
