Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Air Elec Bay Supervisor is experienced and skilled electrical supervisor undertaking a range of detailed maintenance activities in the aircrafts air & electric bay, demonstrating the ability to derive diagnostic techniques. Is responsible for tasking of work & supervision of personnel/people management. Responsible for meeting agreed delivery targets at a tactical level. Demonstrates people management and leadership skills.
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining airworthiness through appropriate task delegation and authorisation on the aircrafts air & electrical components activities and will be able to demonstrates an awareness of broader external dependencies and identify areas for continuous improvement.
