Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end air freight import/export shipments
- Prepare AWB, HAWB, MAWB, invoices, packing list, COO
- Coordinate customs clearance and cargo terminal follow-up
- Book airline cargo slots on portals
- Track shipment milestones and send customer updates
- Reconcile freight costs and margins in Excel
- Coordinate LTL / FTL movement when required
Requirements:
- 2-5 years in air freight / freight forwarding
- Strong documentation experience
- Experience with airline portals and booking systems
- Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
- Good English communication
- Valid Indian passport
- Ready to relocate immediately
