Join our dynamic team as an Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist where you will play an integral role in managing and enhancing customer relationships by overseeing air logistics activities. As a liaison between clients and our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth transportation services and handling inquiries, discrepancies, and special requests. Your expertise in air logistics will help streamline processes, address customer issues, and ensure satisfaction and retention. This role demands a proactive mindset and exceptional communication skills to maintain positive client relations and deliver exemplary logistics solutions. Your efforts will contribute significantly to optimizing service efficiency and future business opportunities in a fast-paced, globalized environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer queries related to air logistics operations promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment deliveries to clients.
- Assist in developing customer-specific logistics solutions and addressing unique transportation needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and transactions.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate any delays or issues to clients.
- Handle customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives within agreed time limits.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify and implement improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates on customer service operations and metrics.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models and logistics requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies in air logistics.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on air logistics innovations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through trust and effective communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in air logistics or a customer service-focused role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in logistics software and customer relationship management tools.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve services.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high standards.
