Roles & Responsibilities

  • Air Ticketing Officer & HR Documentation Assistant

  • Manage flight bookings, cancellations, and travel arrangements for staff

  • Coordinate with travel agencies for best rates and schedules

  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation (visa, contracts, etc.)

  • Support HR team with filing and record management

  • Ensure timely processing of travel and HR-related requests
